Interviews

I am finally lying in bed resting. Have been so tired these few days serving at Market Place as part of our practical. So my schedule normally starts at 10 in the morning. We have lunch at 10.30 and duty starts at 11. We end at 2.20. Then have class again at 2.40. It's called Service Concepts. So basically we learn about the different styles of service like English service and French service and the different types of wine glasses and cutlery and stuff used different different occasions. And flower arrangement and so many things related to service la. but I guess its just a very condensed version since they have to finish the course within 2 weeks and we have a test next Friday. Imma study hard for it and maintain my pretty average hehe! So happy for my Food Knowledge! And it's 30%! so yay!

Anyway, I have an interview with Mandarin Oriental via Skype tmr. St Regis next Thursday! I shall go prepare for it after this hahah! Wish me luck!:D If I get either, I'll definitely be going home for my internship:D
